Greater Manchester Waste Disposal Authority's (GMWDA) Recycling and Waste Management Contract in partnership with Viridor Laing (Greater Manchester) Ltd (VLGM) has a total of 38 facilities over 24 sites. All facilities will be complete and operational by 2013.
